The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with new client to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think out of the box to generate marketing strategies and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Develop successful marketing strategies & execution
  • Reaching out to new clients and generate leads or appointments through social media, cold calling, references, etc.
  • Preparing various reports
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager in Offshore Outsourcing Preferably for Australian KPO
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Proficiency in English with Australian Accent
  • Market knowledge about Australian Business Houses and CPA Firms/ CA firms
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling & networking
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Proficiency in use of websites and social media handles
