Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development and Sales Intern to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for inclusive design and a strong drive to contribute to our mission. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a startup environment, strategizing and executing go-to-market plans, and directly contributing to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and engage potential clients and partners.

- Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and services.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with the team to develop sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.

- Take initiative to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.

- Monitor and report on sales performance and key business metrics.

Skills:

- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.

- Strong ability to take self-initiative and work independently.

- Creative thinker with the ability to come up with innovative strategies.

- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar role or strong demonstration of college work/projects showcasing business development skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Passion for inclusive design and making a positive impact in the community.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree in management or a related field.

- Track record of working with social impact initiatives.
