Job Description

We are seeking ?candidates ?who can skillfully generate leads, navigat?e challenging sales scenarios?, clos?e deals, and cultivate? meaningful client relationships.? You must be an excellent communicator, well-groomed and able to convey technical information in a precise and relatable manner to a wide range of audiences.

If you have prior sales experience, it's a plus, but we welcome individuals with a strong interest in sales and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Interaction:

Engage with potential clients in a sophisticated and articulate manner.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our cutting-edge software solutions.

2. Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify potential leads through research and strategic outreach.

Assist in developing and implementing effective lead generation strategies.

3. Communication Skills:

Exhibit impeccable verbal and written communication skills.

Tailor communication to effectively convey complex software concepts to diverse audiences

4. Networking:

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

5. Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and contribute to sales strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction?.

Requirements:

• Exceptional verbal / written communication and presentation skills
• Proactive and taking initiative
• Single-mindedly driven to achieve targets
• Ability to take direction and multi-task
• Past experience in sales or marketing roles preferred

Compensation Structure:

Rs. 5,000/- to Rs. 15,000/- + Commission (Based on performance during the 15-day probation period)

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
