• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and conduct market research to assess the viability of potential markets.
• New Business Opportunities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry contacts.
• Sales and Revenue Growth:
• Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
• Create and implement sales strategies to increase market share and expand the customer base.
• Partnerships and Alliances:
• Establish strategic partnerships and alliances with key industry players, suppliers, and customers.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Manage key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop customized solutions to meet client needs and drive repeat business.
• Market Analysis and Research:
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Prepare and present market research reports to senior management.
• Brand Development:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company's brand and market presence.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote new business initiatives.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team to achieve organizational goals.
• Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the team.
• Financial Management:
• Prepare and manage the business development budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, including sales forecasts and revenue projections.
• Reporting and Analytics:
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.
• Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of business development strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Skills:
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business strategies.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
