: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Head to drive growth, lead our business development team, and expand our market presence. This role requires a strong leader with excellent management skills and a proven track record in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Creation & Management:
• Recruit, train, and mentor the Business Development Executives (BDEs).
• Build a high-performing and motivated team to achieve organizational goals.
• Target Achievement:
• Define and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Drive the team towards achieving individual and collective sales goals.
• Day-to-Day Reporting:
• Monitor and ensure timely submission of daily reports from team members.
• Review and analyze reports to track progress and performance.
• Daily Target Assignment:
• Allocate daily targets to BDEs for visiting schools and engaging with potential clients.
• Lead Distribution:
• Distribute leads effectively among team members to maximize conversions.
• Strategize on lead prioritization to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Conduct regular performance checks to assess individual and team productivity.
• Provide constructive feedback and implement performance improvement plans.
• Distributor Network Development:
• Establish and expand a robust distributor network to support business growth.
• Foster relationships with resellers to enhance market reach.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's in Engineering (BE) and MBA are required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development, preferably in the education or technology sector.
Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
