RankHawn is a leading digital marketing company specializing in SEO, Content Creation, Social Media, and Google Ads. Our clientele includes top brands like Bigbasket, 1mg, PharmEasy, smallcase, Godigit, and Bharatpe. We pride ourselves on a 98.8% project success rate. We are now expanding our team to meet growing demands and are looking for a dynamic Business Development Head to spearhead our growth initiatives. Location: Remote Experience Required: 5+ years in business development, sales, or a related field, with specific experience in selling digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads). Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Head to lead our sales and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and creating sales strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive growth and revenue while managing a team of junior business development executives. Responsibilities: - **Lead Generation and Conversion:**
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads and opportunities.
- Utilize various sales channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and networking, to identify and engage potential clients.
- Work closely with junior business development executives to ensure consistent lead generation efforts. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Create and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local, international, and e-commerce markets. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, analytics, engineering, marketing, and business operations, to deliver optimal solutions to clients. Team Management and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and train junior business development executives, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure the team is up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Sales Reporting and Analysis
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
- Implement and manage CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Qualifications - Proven experience of 5+ years in business development or sales, specifically within the digital marketing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, and other digital marketing services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in international markets and e-commerce sectors.
- Familiarity with the unique needs and requirements of clients in the marketing and advertising industry.
- A strong network of industry contacts and potential clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the business development cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.We work with funded startups who need digital marketing services. The candidate should be able to get in touch with them and explain our services.
