Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is primarily focused on field operations, requiring flexibility in work hours and extensive planning and execution of on-field events and campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu, along with a strong personality and a proactive approach to business development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in the designated territory.
• Plan, coordinate, and participate in on-field marketing activities, including events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, competitor activities, and other relevant information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, preferably in field operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu .
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
