Location: Andheri East
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays Off)
Work Timings: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Salary: Based on current package and caliberQualification:
- Graduate or diploma in Business Studies
- MBA (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Preferred background in hospitality, flight kitchens, hotels, or catering industries.
- Specialize in Horeca/Hospitality Industry Sales.
- Focus on catering sales (excluding rooms).
- Manage and drive independent banquet sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Develop strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities.
- Be open to travel within the company as required.
- Adapt to changing business needs for personal and professional growth.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi.
- IT Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Building sustainable client relationships and repeat business.
- Effective collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
