We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Associate to fuel growth through lead generation on LinkedIn and proposal submissions on Upwork .
Key Responsibilities:
Proposal Submission on Upwork:
• Identify relevant projects in software testing and software services.
• Craft and submit tailored proposals on Upwork, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
• Follow up on proposals, communicate with potential clients and negotiate project terms to increase conversion rates.
Lead Generation on LinkedIn:
• Research and engage with potential clients in the software development and IT services sectors.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, Project Managers) to generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling outreach strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, MBA, or related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle and QA processes is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, persuasive manner.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and negotiation skills
