We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team specializing in Zoho solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales and expanding the company's client base by promoting and selling Zoho services, including implementation, customization, and support for Zoho applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition :
• Identify and generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and virtual meetings to connect with potential clients.
• Client Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business requirements and align them with Zoho solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of Zoho applications.
• Sales & Strategy :
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
• Market Research :
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and Zoho's product updates to identify new opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaboration :
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of Zoho services for clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign inputs and customer targeting strategies.
• Reporting :
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using Zoho CRM or similar tools.
• Provide regular reports to the management on sales performance and client feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
• Proven experience (1+ years) in business development or sales, preferably in IT services or software solutions.
• Familiarity with Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Creator, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, preferably Zoho CRM.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
