We also curate content from writers all over India to offer the best reading experience to our audience.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Executive located in Vadodara. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for new business development, project management, and effective communication with clients. Your day-to-day tasks will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, managing existing projects, and exploring innovative strategies to enhance business growth. There won\'t be any fieldwork required.Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
• Excellent written and oral communication in both Hindi and English
• Professional and interpersonal skills to efficiently communicate with clients
• Experience in project management and client relationship building
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs/Sheets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Knowledge of the publishing industry is a plus
