Adsthrive Digital & Development Agency is looking highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Bangalore. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in our continued success by identifying and securing new B2B client opportunities.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector. This includes prospecting, cold calling, and networking to establish relationships with potential clients
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continually seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our product offerings
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth. This may involve creating tailored proposals, conducting product presentations, and negotiating contracts
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer experiences
• Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights to management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (BBA or MBA preferred)
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• CRM experience is preferred
Must be:
• Immediate joining within 7 days
• Work From Office Only
• Having relevant experience is needed
Remuneration:
• 3 Lacs Per Anum + Incentives
