Position : Business Development Executive
Location : Noida
Job Role
• Attend meetings with clients on weekends to discuss property options and requirements.
• Conduct cold calling activities to generate leads for potential clients interested in real estate.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients who have expressed interest in viewing properties.
• Maintain a professional and knowledgeable approach to present property features effectively and benefits to clients.
• Provide timely follow-up and ensure excellent customer service to nurture client relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Some factors need attention:-
• Candidates must wear formal attire (Formal shoes, trousers, and formal shirt).
• Male candidates must have a bike, as weekend site meetings are mandatory.
• Confidence is essential as sales require assertive personalities.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ?21,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
