Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving Arteva Group's growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring successful project execution.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in Government and Private sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government officials, contractors, and corporate partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, presentations, and project plans.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Ensure the timely submission of tenders, proposals, and necessary documentation for government projects.
• Represent Arteva Group in industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Regularly report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and financial outcomes to senior management.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree (required); a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Hindi and English (written and spoken).

Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in Government or Infrastructure sectors).
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of government regulations and procurement processes is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including rotational and weekend shifts.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: ?12,000 - ?20,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
