Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Prepare and submit high-quality bids and proposals in response to client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for bid preparation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Support the preparation and presentation of sales proposals and pitches to potential clients.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Knowledge of upwork and other related platforms for bidding.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (internships or part-time work experience considered).
• Special knowledge of bidding processes and proposal preparation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• IT Fluency is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
