Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Applications: Achieve targets for student applications by conducting demos in 12th-grade schools and colleges.

2. Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to secure permissions for demos, and schedule and perform these on a daily/weekly basis.

3. Outreach Strategies: Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to raise program awareness and attract diverse students.

4. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, counselors, and educational partners to promote programs.

5. Organize Activities: Plan and manage offline outreach events, including setting up stalls in high-traffic areas.

6. Stall Management: Oversee the setup and management of stalls during outreach events to ensure maximum visibility and engagement with prospective students.

7. Time Management: Efficiently plan routes and schedule appointments for maximum productivity during field visits.

8. Channel Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and support channel partners while monitoring their performance.

9. Compliance: Ensure all outreach activities comply with policies and ethical standards to protect the company's brand.

10. Feedback Collection: Gather insights from students and partners to enhance outreach and admissions processes.

11. KPI Reporting: Prepare daily KPI reports to support decision-making and strategy development.

12. Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of applicants and their registration statuses.

13. Budget Management: Manage outreach budgets, including planning and reporting expenses.

14. Student Counseling: Provide guidance to prospective students over the phone and assist them through the admission process.

15. Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for student registration.

16. Data Analysis: Analyze demographic data to identify trends in student preferences and tailor outreach efforts accordingly.

17. Social Media Engagement: Leverage social media platforms to promote programs, share success stories, and engage with prospective students.

18. Workshops and Seminars: Organize and conduct workshops or seminars in schools to educate students about program offerings and career opportunities.

19. Alumni Engagement: Connect with alumni to gather testimonials and success stories that can be utilized in outreach campaigns.

20. Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with outreach efforts.

21. Crisis Management: Handle any issues or complaints from prospective students or partners with professionalism and efficiency.

22. Follow-Up Protocols: Implement follow-up protocols for leads generated during outreach activities to ensure a high conversion rate.

23. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new educational offerings to provide relevant information to students and partners.

24. Community Involvement: Participate in community events or educational fairs to increase visibility and foster goodwill within the community.

25. Feedback Implementation: Collaborate with internal teams to implement changes based on feedback received from students and partners to enhance the admissions experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Previous admissions-related experience with a record of successful registrations, especially through field activities.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with senior authorities in educational institutions effectively.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Communication: Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Negotiation Skills: Proven negotiation skills to secure partnerships with schools and colleges and manage relationships with channel partners.

Cultural Awareness: Understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds to tailor communication and outreach strategies effectively.

Public Speaking: Experience in public speaking and presenting to large groups, enhancing the effectiveness of student demos and workshops.

Stall Management: Ability to effectively manage stalls during outreach events, ensuring proper setup and engagement strategies are in place.

Target Achievement: Proven track record in meeting enrollment targets.

Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing schedules and environments.

Creativity: Innovative problem-solving abilities in unexpected situations.

Field Experience: Previous experience in pre-sales/sales roles within the EdTech sector is mandatory.

Networking: Strong connections with schools and colleges are beneficial.

Work Location & Schedule:

Flexibility: Must demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing outreach priorities based on enrollment cycles or institutional needs.

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including remote and rural areas, as necessary.

Extensive Field Visits: Extensive field visits to educational institutions with relevant expense reimbursements (fuel, food).

Office Visits: Must be flexible to come to the office when required.

Workweek: Six-day workweek with a rotational day off (Sunday not off).

Transport Requirements: Must own a bike and laptop.

Compensation:

Up to ?6 LPA (fixed ?4-6 LPA) + performance-based incentives.
