FlaerHomes.com is a VC funded start-up based out of Hyderabad. We are on a mission to reimagine the interiors & hardware supplies and services ecosystem to create world-class interiors in everyday spaces. We create high-quality products and provide services to renovate interiors.

Position - Business Development Associate
This is a position with an opportunity to grow in the role of Key Accounts Executive and subsequently Key Accounts Manager and Head of the Department based on performance. We are seeking a talented professional who will work closely with Managers & Co-founders and drive business for "FlaerHomes.com".

Job duties and responsibilities:
Identification of potential customers through market/site visits Understanding different pockets on city and mapping where relevant business activities are going on Identification of potential customers through market/site visits Taking FlaerHomes.com business story to identified set customers, explaining our business model in convincing manner Understanding customers and capturing details Working with sales team to drive customer conversion

Job requirements:
MBA/PG/Graduate from a reputed institute with 0-1 years of field sales experience Passion (must take initiatives)
Socially Confident (able to start a conversation with new people easily and be confident in the interaction) Perseverance & Resilience (able to make repeated attempts and bounce back from setbacks, able to try new methods of engagement in case of a setback)
Problem Solving & Closure (when faced with a problem, must be able to identify and seek help from the right people without hesitation.
Able to keep commitments made to others and ensure that the task is complete)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
