Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Business Development Executive (B2B) to join our team in Tamil N?du. Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers, to understand their business needs and requirements.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns to attract B2B clients.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts to track progress and performance against targets.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business success.
Highly motivated and target-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving objectives.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
