Business Development Executive
Job Description
Customer Interaction:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote tour packages and travel services.
• Address customer inquiries regarding destinations, packages, and booking procedures.
Lead Conversion and Follow-Up:
• Identifying potential customers and understanding their travel needs.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
Sales Promotion:
• Explain tour package details, special offers, and discounts to customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell travel services, including flights, hotels, and excursions.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Collect and update customer information in the database.
Reporting and Feedback:
• Maintain records of calls, customer feedback, and bookings.
• Provide insights on customer preferences and market trends to the team.
