Responsibility Working knowledge of bidding portals like - Upwork, LinkedIn, Hubstaff, Freelancer, Guru etc. Working knowledge of lead generation, identifying, creating, and pursuing new business opportunities and clients Knowledge of client communication using emails, chat, audio and video calls, and Skype calls Functioning as a primary bridge between the business, operations, and technical areas in the initial phases of the project cycle Generating leads, client communication, and follow-ups Skills Should have experience of 1-3 years in Business Development. Must have excellent communication skills (Written & Oral). Candidates are preferably from IT backgrounds.
