Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and building long-lasting relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the IT Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and manage the sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and key players in the industry.
- Generate new leads through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Minimum 1year of experience as a Business Development Executive within the IT industry.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT industry trends, market dynamics, and client needs.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
