•Business Development Executive • •Job Title:• Business Development Executive •Job Summary:• We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. •Key Responsibilities:• - Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. - Identify new revenue opportunities and generate new leads. - Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients. - Attend networking events to attract and retain clients. - Collaborate with management on sales goals and strategies. - Maintain and update sales, marketing, and business development documentation. - Assist with marketing and promotional projects. - Support the team with additional responsibilities as needed. •Requirements:• - Bachelor's Degree - Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. - Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment. - Strong customer service skills and the ability to sell value and create credibility. •Preferred Qualifications:• - Experience in Sales. - Ability to present and explain ideas to various audiences. - Enthusiastic about building good relationships with people.
