Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients
Build and maintain strong business relationships Achieve minimum sales target of ?1 lakh/month
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Compensation Package:
First 2 months: ?20,000/month if sales target achieve
After 2 months:
Fixed CTC: ?4.5 lakh/year
Incentive: up to 3 lakh/year (based on performance)
Total Target: 2 lakh/month
Performance Metrics:
Monthly sales revenue
Client acquisition and retention
Sales growth rate
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in sales/business development
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Desirable Skills:
Experience in the industry (preferable)
Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, SPIN)
Certification in sales or business development (e.g., CBS, CBD)
