: Business Development Executive
The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our real estate portfolio. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential areas for growth.
- Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to inform strategic planning.
Lead Generation and Client Acquisition
- Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including networking events, online platforms, and direct outreach.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and projects.
Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Sales and Negotiation
- Prepare and present proposals, business plans, and sales pitches to potential clients and investors.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and lease agreements in alignment with company policies and objectives.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and project management, to ensure cohesive and effective business development strategies.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance departments to ensure all transactions adhere to regulatory requirements.
Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress reports.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and performance metrics.
