We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. In this exciting role, you will leverage your technical knowledge and communication skills to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and drive sales growth for our web, mobile development, and digital marketing services.
Responsibilities:
• Leverage your experience on Upwork, Guru, and PPH to identify and qualify new business leads.
• Deeply understand client needs and challenges, crafting customized solutions that integrate web development, mobile app development, and digital marketing strategies.
• Write compelling proposals that clearly communicate the value proposition of our services, highlighting how we solve client problems.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform business development strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (development, marketing, design) to ensure project success and client delight.
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of experience in business development background on platforms like Upwork, Guru, or Fiverr.
• Strong understanding of web development, mobile development, and digital marketing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience building rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
