Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including market research, networking, and digital platforms.

- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's products and services.

- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

- Attributes: Results-oriented, adaptable, and a team player with a strong work ethic.

Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
