Significant exposure to bidding prestigious construction projects forrenowned clients worth millions- successfully awarded a wide array ofhigh valued projects involving EPC jobs for, Airports, Metro Station,SEZ units, Data Centre, Infrastructure, Institutions, Hospitals, Hotels,Commercial buildings, Shopping Malls, Hi Rise Residential buildingand Township, Retail Outlets, Industries and Substations Projects.? Gained exposure of working with top MNC, Corporate, Governmentclients for estimation and bidding of turnkey projects.? Experienced in preparing commercial offers/proposals as per contractsrequirements and its documentation; liaising with various contractors,clients, Govt. and statutory bodies to settle techno-commercialdispute/clarifications during the bidding of the project.? Strong techno-commercial acumen with the ability to handleconsultants, contractors and clients, as well as preparing tenderdocuments/specifications and finalization of requirements, estimates& BOQ; evaluating & executing contracting works as well as handlingnegotiation, award and review of contracts as per deal agreement withthe knowledge of statutory & legal liabilities.? Strong people management skills, capable of leading, training andmotivating the team members thereby ensuring their positivecontribution to the company as well ensuring optimal utilization ofavailable resources while controlling overhead costs and enhancingproductivity.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?600,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per yearJadwal:
