We are looking for Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Duties and Responsibilities
Brainstorming with the team to create new project strategies
Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients
Managing client accounts, Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers
Knowledge and understanding on ESG Reporting Standards [Like Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards Business Responsibility and Sustainability reporting (BRSR) Standards or equivalent standards]
Creating sales pitches, Proposals
Researching the market and industry trends
Compile data as required to be reported in ESG report and perform analysis
Developing new sales lead via Social media, emails, calls
Attending networking events
Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data
Preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects
Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
Write, edit and proof blogs by VMC team, providing feedback and ensuring the blogs meet website and publishing guidelines
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company\'s social content
Create and post engaging social media content that effectively disseminate VMC working style to key audiences or supports VMC events
Create and Coordinate online campaigns around international days and other key events
Coordinate with external communication teams and -Contribute to global communications projects and events
Assist in the planning and implementation of VMC events
Provide communications support for any new project taken up by VMC
Requirements and Qualifications
Goal-oriented, organized team player
Perform audit on Environmental GRMS Standards as per independent assurance audit protocol
Understanding of Environmental Standards and practices and challenges.
Develop Standards and Procedures on Environment
Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Self-motivated and self-directed
Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email
Abide by all non-compete/solicit agreements
Ability to identify target audience
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
Qualification
Post Graduate in Environment Engineering / equivalent discipline or B.E. Environment /M.Sc. Environment with proper experience on the essential areas or MBA in Energy & Environment
1 to 4 years of previous experience in Sales, Social media marketing
