Key Requirements:

o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

o Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition, ideally in the outsourcing or financial services industry.

o Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.

o Strong understanding of accounting and financial services or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

o Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
