We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development/Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, generating leads, and establishing relationships with prospective clients. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
• Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and networking.
• Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients.
• Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads and sales activities.
Business Development:
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage potential clients.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
• Follow up with leads and clients regularly to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's services.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Monitor and report on lead generation and business development activities.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
