Key Responsibilities
1) Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to meet business goals.
2) Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings.
- Address client queries and concerns, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
3) Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
4) Market Analysis
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to align offerings with market demands.
5) Sales Reporting
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management on progress, achievements, and areas of improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
