We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client needs and be capable of crafting tailored proposals. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our services to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Conversion:
• Generate leads through various channels and convert them into projects.
• Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
Client Requirement Analysis:
• Understand the specific requirements of clients and submit tailored proposals to meet their needs.
Business Growth Opportunities:
• Identify and explore new opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and generate referrals.
• Brief existing clients about additional services and persuade them to adopt these offerings.
Requirements:
• Responsible for generating leads and converting them into projects.
• Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to ensure engagement and progress.
• Analyse and understand client requirements to submit appropriate proposals.
• Identify and seize new business growth opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
