Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Marketing Business Development Executive to join our Ghaziabad office. This role will focus on promoting and generating interest in our range of electrical cable trays and ladder solutions. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills in Hindi & English languages and the ability to engage potential clients in the electrical and construction sectors, helping drive business growth through outbound calls and customer follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls : Make daily outbound calls to potential clients in target industries, including electrical contractors, construction companies, and industrial buyers, to introduce our products and services.
• Lead Qualification : Qualify leads by understanding client requirements, budget, and timelines for cable tray and ladder solutions, and forward potential sales leads to the sales team.
• Product Knowledge : Provide clients with detailed information on our electrical cable trays, ladder solutions, and other products, ensuring clear understanding of features, benefits, and pricing.
• Market Insights : Collect and report feedback from customers to inform marketing and product development teams of market trends, needs, and competitor activity.
• Database Management : Maintain and update a detailed record of all calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Follow-Up : Conduct timely follow-ups on previously contacted leads, inquiries, and marketing campaigns to nurture relationships and move clients along the sales pipeline.
• Achieve Targets : Work towards meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.

Qualifications

• Education : Graduation or equivalent required; a Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, electrical , Mechanical or a related field is a plus.
• Experience : At least 0-3 years of tele-calling, telemarketing, or inside Sales / Marketing experience. Experience in dealing with industrial or electrical products is an advantage.
• Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with electrical products, cable trays, ladder systems, or technical solutions is beneficial.
• Communication Skills : Good verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present product information and build rapport with clients.
• Customer Service Orientation : Good interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
• Computer Skills : Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and an ability to quickly learn new product information.
• Conveyance ( Movement by Vehicle } : Visiting Market / Clients , it is required.
