We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients to expand the company's customer base
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop customized advertising solutions
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to clients
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
• Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to inform business strategies
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
• Report on sales performance, opportunities, and market developments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (experience in the advertising or marketing industry is preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
