EDUTALIM International Education, a leader in distance education, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our growth initiatives. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, connecting with potential students and partners, and driving enrollments in our unique programs. This role is perfect for an individual eager to start or advance their career in business development within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation : Identify prospective students and partners through online research, cold calling, and outreach activities to build a solid sales pipeline.
• Student Engagement : Engage with prospective students, explain EDUTALIM's programs, and guide them through the enrollment process to drive conversions.
• Relationship Building : Develop and maintain relationships with local schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to expand awareness of EDUTALIM's offerings.
• Market Research : Conduct market research to understand potential student needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Achieving Targets : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for student enrollments and partner engagement.
• Data Management : Maintain accurate records of lead status, pipeline activities, and sales outcomes, updating the CRM regularly.
• Reporting : Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key metrics to support strategic planning.
Qualifications
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience : 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the education sector. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
