Education:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with a background in the professional services industry, particularly in Audit, Due Diligence, Consulting, Tax, and Advisory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, industry events, cold calling, and digital marketing.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Sales & Revenue Growth
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand client needs and tailor services to meet those needs effectively.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Market Research & Analysis
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide detailed reports on sales performance and market trends.
Collaboration & Teamwork
• Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Audit, Consulting, and Advisory to ensure alignment and support for business development activities.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive overall business growth.
Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure all business development activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience:
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the professional services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in Audit, Due Diligence, Consulting, Tax, and Advisory services is highly desirable.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of the professional services industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?420,000.00 per year
