Jaypee Dent is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and ensuring our products reach a wider audience of dental professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to generate leads and drive online sales.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and comments posted online (social media, forums, email, etc.).
• Conduct telesales activities, including cold calling, follow-ups, and closing sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for digital campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, techniques, and platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ?12,500.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
