Key Responsibilities

• Pipeline Management: Build meaningful connections, understanding and addressing potential customers' needs with care and empathy.
• Market and Competitor Research: Dive deep into customer insights, collaborating closely with our marketing team to craft strategies that truly resonate with their challenges.
• Up-Selling and Cross-Selling: Discover new avenues for value addition, empathizing with customers' changing needs and Foster a supportive community, championing each member's growth journey to foster collective success.
• Efficient Batch Coordination: Seamlessly manage live sessions, ensuring a supportive learning environment for all participants.
• Nurturing Connections: Cultivate supportive relationships with learners and mentors, offering encouragement and assistance tailored to their growth and well-being.
• Responsive Query Handling: Provide attentive support, understanding and addressing concerns promptly to facilitate a smooth learning experience.
• Engagement in Dtalks Community: Actively participate in discussions, fostering a sense of belonging and collaboration within the community.
• Stakeholder and Task Management: Maintain transparent communication, understanding and aligning with stakeholders' expectations.

Skill Required

• Education-Based Counseling: Proficiency in providing guidance and support tailored to the educational needs and goals of students or learners.
• Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to convey ideas clearly and engage effectively with others, fostering positive relationships and understanding.
• Business Strategy and Financial Acumen: Aptitude in developing and implementing business strategies, along with a comprehension of financial concepts and terminologies essential for decision-making.
• Time Management, Leadership, and Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in managing time efficiently, leading teams towards common goals, and effectively negotiating terms and agreements.
• Adaptability to a Fast-Paced, Growth-Oriented Culture: Ability to thrive in an environment characterized by rapid growth and change, remaining adaptable and responsive to evolving needs and challenges.
• Experience in Startup Environments: Previous exposure to working in startup settings, showcasing adaptability, resilience, and a proactive mindset in navigating dynamic and innovative organizational structures.
• Bonus: Understanding of UX/UI Design Principles and Market : Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, coupled with an understanding of market dynamics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
