Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation : Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach (cold calling, emails, networking).
• Sales Pitching & Presentations : Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value of our solutions.
• Sales Negotiation & Closing : Lead sales negotiations, address client objections, and close deals that align with company objectives.
• B2B Sales : Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, ensuring their needs are met and delivering solutions that add value to their business.
• Client Relationship Management : Manage post-sales relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Market Research & Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and activities using CRM software. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
• Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and other internal teams to align sales strategies and ensure a seamless experience for the client.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience : Minimum of 1 year in a sales or business development role, preferably in B2B sales.
• Sales Pitching : Ability to craft and deliver compelling sales pitches that resonate with clients and effectively showcase product/service benefits.
• Sales Negotiation : Strong negotiation skills with the ability to navigate pricing, contracts, and objections to close deals successfully.
• Cold Calling : Comfortable making outbound calls to prospective clients, initiating contact, and identifying business opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management : Proven ability to develop and sustain long-term client relationships that drive business growth.
• Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Time Management : Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving : Proactive in identifying client pain points and offering tailored solutions.
• CRM Proficiency : Experience using CRM tools to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and maintain client records.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in selling technology products/services or within a similar industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Familiarity with sales analytics and reporting tools.
