###### Business development executive
Overview: The Business Development Executive (BDE) supports the Business Development Manager in executing strategies to drive growth and expand the customer base of the fitness center. The BDE will assist in lead generation, client relationship management, and market research to help achieve sales targets and enhance the brand's presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation:
+ Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach activities.
+ Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Business Development Manager.
• Client Relationship Support:
+ Assist in maintaining relationships with existing clients and follow up on potential leads.
+ Participate in client meetings and presentations to support the Business Development Manager.
• Market Research:
+ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
+ Compile and analyze data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Sales Support:
+ Prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
+ Assist in tracking sales activities and maintaining the CRM database.
• Marketing Assistance:
+ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute promotional materials.
+ Support the organization of events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
• Administrative Tasks:
+ Manage correspondence and communication with clients and partners.
+ Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and market research findings.
• Performance Monitoring:
+ Track and report on sales performance and market trends.
+ Provide regular updates to the Business Development Manager on progress and challenges.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
