Job Title: Business Development Executive (International Process)

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team, specifically for our international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Acquisition, Relationship Management, and Revenue Generation.
• Engage effectively with customers to generate targeted revenue.
• Call prospective customers and engage them to maximize sales opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust.
• Ensure customer information is regularly maintained and updated in CRM systems.
• Maintain high customer retention through excellent service, consistent engagement, and periodic feedback.

Qualifications and Experience:

• MBA / M.Com / BBA / B.Com preferred.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience, with priority given to candidates with experience in Indian brokerage firms or advisory services.
• Experience in BFSI/Stock Advisor roles is advantageous.

Competencies:

• Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
• An innovative approach to sales, constantly seeking new ideas and methods.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well in teams and take leadership when necessary.
• Typing speed of 30 to 40 WPM.

Salary:

• ?15,000 - ?25,000 per month

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

• MG Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
