Their staff is highly capable and has a great experience of more than 12 years.They have precious expertise in architectural CAD and BIM services such as construction drawings, As-built drawings, Working drawings, Presentation drawings, BIM Modeling, and many more together quality-controlled and deadline-sensitive to meet up the international industry standards. They provide the best engineering services using various software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, V-Ray, 3D-max, Revit, etc. and have the ability to customize our work as per the need of a client and have done overseas projects (Medium to Large) for the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada.Designation:- Business Development Executive - InhouseLocation: - AhmedabadExperience: - 2-3 yearsJob timings: 2PM to 11PM / Saturday:- 02:00 PM 09:00 PM / (1st & 3rd Saturdays off)Education: - BBA, MBA Marketing . B.E-CivilQualification:- B.E.(Civil, Mech) & (MBA, BBA) background is preferred. Schooling in English Medium is preferred.Bond - Yes (Rs. 15000 will be the bond amount which will be deducted from first salary and candidate will get return amount once he/she completes one year with the company. If the candidate leaves the company before completion of 6 months, no amount will be refunded. If the candidates leaves the company after completion of 6 months and before completion of 1 year, Rs. 3000 will be refunded.Rs. 15000 can be considered as training charges as the company is going to provide extensive trainings to the employee)Job role:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients within architectural firms, construction companies, and real estate developers.
  • Leverage digital tools, databases, and cold outreach strategies to build a prospective client pipeline.
  • Client Outreach & Engagement:
  • Reach out to leads via phone, email, and virtual meetings to introduce the companys services.
  • Schedule and conduct presentations or demos to highlight the benefits of architectural outsourcing.
  • Sales Process Management:
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to final agreement and onboarding.
  • Draft proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy:
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings based on client feedback.
  • Sales Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM software.
  • Generate and present sales performance reports to management regularly.
Requirements:-
  • Experience with outsourcing industry is must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients in the USA, UK, etc.
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.
  • Communicate with clients over zoom, email, phone, chat and follow up regularly.
  • Maintain Daily & Monthly Sales Reports.
