Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and developing new business opportunities in the industrial filtration market. You will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products and services to drive sales growth and market expansion.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers, market segments, and emerging trends in the industrial filtration industry.

Evaluate market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop targeted business development strategies.

2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and industry associations.

Qualify leads and opportunities based on customer requirements, project scope, and potential fit with our products and services.

3. Relationship Building and Networking:

Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts and industries.

Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional network and promote company visibility.

4. Solution Selling and Consultative Approach:

Understand customer needs, challenges, and pain points related to industrial filtration applications.

Present our products and services as solutions to address customer requirements, emphasizing value proposition and differentiation.

5. Proposal Development and Presentation:

Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective customers, highlighting product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and sales, to develop customized solutions and address customer requirements.

6. Sales Pipeline Management:

Manage the sales pipeline, track sales opportunities, and update CRM systems with relevant information and activities.

Monitor progress against sales targets and take proactive steps to meet or exceed sales objectives.

7. Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain ongoing communication and engagement with existing customers to foster long-term relationships and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of industrial filtration systems, applications, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish rapport with customers, and close sales deals.
• Results-driven mind-set with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
