Do you have a passion for business development and a sense of humor to match? Were seeking a Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, youll be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining new business opportunities for our company. This is a highly visible and strategic role that requires exceptional communication and networking skills. If youre the type of person who can close a deal and crack a joke at the same time, then we want to hear from you!Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (because, lets be honest, who doesnt have a degree these days?)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation and business development.
• Proven track record of successful business development and sales in a B2B environment for the US, UK and Europe market.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills .
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and partners through research and networking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients and partners Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Track and report on progress and results of business development activities.
