Prospecting and Lead Generation:

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and increasing market share for the property. This position involves developing strategies to grow the clientele base and achieve corporate sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients in the corporate, travel, and tourism sectors.
• Generate leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and online research.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and other potential partners.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to promote hotel services and facilities.

Market Research:

• Conduct market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for growth.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and tailor offerings.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

Marketing and Promotion:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the hotel.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
• Use CRM tools to track all sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, sales, or a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Experience in developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
