1. New Business Development

  • Identify and prospect potential B2B clients in target industries, initiating contact through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs and challenges of prospective clients and propose tailored solutions.
2. Client Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention and loyalty.
  • Schedule regular meetings and follow-ups with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
3. Sales and Revenue Growth
  • Drive the sales pipeline by meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute strategies for promoting products and services to potential clients.
4. Market Research and Analysis
  • Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, new markets, and competitors.
  • Provide insights to the team based on data and analysis, adjusting strategies to meet market demands
