Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research: Gain in-depth knowledge of Dubai's luxury real estate market to identify high-value investment opportunities.
• Client Engagement: Develop strong connections with clients and encourage their active participation in global property expos.
• Expo Representation: Represent the company at property expos, engaging clients and showcasing premium investment options.
• Investment Consultation: Offer tailored advice to clients on lucrative property investments in Dubai.
• Sales Support: Guide clients through the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to purchase completion.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring continued engagement beyond expos.
• Lead Tracking: Monitor and follow up with leads to maintain consistent client communication.
Qualifications:
• Open to fresh graduates and professionals with prior experience.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
