Responsibilities
\xc3\x98 BDE will be responsible for developing new customers as well as looking after existing customer accounts.
\xc3\x98 BDE will be expected to build an understanding of the products/ to know all the details of the products and communicate appropriately.
\xc3\x98 Regular visits to clients and taking care of requirements/supply/payments etc in addition to communication via phone, email, and whatsapp.
\xc3\x98 Responsible for coordinating purchasing orders, delivery timelines, payments and most importantly collecting and communicating customer feedback.
Qualities
\xc3\x98 BDE's priorities being honest and working with high integrity. Additionally, they must come with a customer first mind-set.
\xc3\x98 BDE should be interested in selling FMCG products and must be having experience working in the FMCG space.
\xc3\x98 Advising customers correctly about the delivery schedules, latest pricing with efficient pre and after-sales service.
\xc3\x98 BDE should feel comfortable using software services like Google Sheets & a CRM to maintain status of customer relationships if not already familiar.
\xc3\x98 Should feel comfortable communicating with clients and internal colleagues over email + Whatsapp.
\xc3\x98 Knowing to ride a two wheeler shall be necessary and must have valid driving license.
Qualifications with other requirements
\xc3\x98 Graduate Degree / Diploma holder
\xc3\x98 Experience - 3 -5 years in FMCG retail sector in Goa / Pune will be preferred.
Compensation : Fixed salary + incentives + allowances.
Location : Goa.
