Job Overview
Media8 is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive (Female Preferred) with a basic knowledged in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing, and a proven track record of generating new business through proactive outreach and fieldwork. In this role, you'll identify and develop new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and play a vital role in the growth and success of Media8.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by conducting market research, generating leads through networking, cold calling, campaigns, and field visits. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand clients' needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions to address their objectives. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams by working closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to develop and implement successful campaigns. Provide valuable client insights and feedback to enhance services and solutions.
• Monitor and report on business development activities, tracking and analyzing sales metrics and performance. Prepare regular reports on business development progress and outcomes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and digital marketing advancements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of fieldwork experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably in digital marketing.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
