As a BDE SRK Aviacom India Pvt Ltd, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base, improving sales, and contributing to the company's growth. You'll be responsible for researching industry trends, identifying potential clients, and working closely with both the sales and design teams to ensure business goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market & Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, as well as the competitive landscape, to maintain a competitive edge.
• Research & Opportunity Creation: Research the latest trends and developments in the industry, uncovering new business opportunities and potential areas of growth.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek out new clients to expand our business.
• Lead Generation & Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings, promoting our products and services to build new business relationships.
• Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop new sales areas and enhance existing ones through innovative approaches, ensuring revenue growth and achievement of sales targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and design teams to meet client requirements, sales quotas, and project goals.
• Training & Mentorship: Assist in training and mentoring junior sales team members to help them achieve their sales goals and improve overall team performance.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field,
• Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends, with the ability to leverage insights to create new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships and collaborating with internal teams.
• A track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets and business goals.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Leadership potential to guide and mentor junior team members.
